Description	Reprogramming of human ES-cell-derived fetal fibroblasts(dH1f). dH1f fibroblasts were subcloned from fibroblasts produced by directed differentiation of the H1-OGN human ESC line. iPSCs were derived using modified mRNAs coding reprogramming factors (KMOS) with molar concentrations in the ratio 1:1:3:1, in an atmosphere with 5% oxygenLow-oxygen culture conditions.
